The apartment with a total usable area of 56 m2 consists of a living room with a dining area, a furnished kitchenette and access to a small balcony, a spacious bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, a washing machine, a dryer and its own wine cellar. Apart from the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment is offered unfurnished, but it can be furnished for a higher rent. Rent paid in euros, amounting to EUR 1,450. House fees are 125 EUR per person per month, gas and electricity are transferred to the tenant. A parking space is available for a monthly fee of CZK 6,050. Pets are not allowed.
