Business District Centrum

Around the Masaryk Station in Prague grows new luxury office and business City Business District. The Masaryk Station revitalization project was designed by Zaha Hadid who won the competition to rebuild the place in 2014.

The complete project will affect a total of 22,000 square meters and wants to realize the construction of around 90,000 square meters of commercial space. The actual Business District Centre aims to meet the increasing demand for luxury offices in Prague, and thanks to the huge space available, there will be a connection of the Prague City 1, 3 and 8. The construction of the center will mean integration and interconnection of transport networks in Prague and in the future will create a new entry point to the capital of the Czech Republic from the Vaclav Havel airport. 

Business District Center will have very luxury form that reflects the approach of the architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects, which is known for example for projects from China, Austria, United Arab Emirates, USA, France or the UK. In recent times, this group of architects won the international competition for designing the building of a technology park near Moscow - Moscow’s Skolkovo Innovation Centre.
